Sure! It makes for strong stomach muscles!
Yes, it’s called isometric exercise.
You also get benefit from pushing your palms together in front of you (builds pecs) or pressing outward against a doorway.
Most people get bored with that type of exercise, but it’s very effective. Do a Google search.
Its not going to hurt you…..I dont see much point to it though, maybe you could just do a pilates type and then you dont need to worry about squeezing your stomach.
